• Meal & Symptom Data: Food photos, AI-parsed ingredient lists, macros, inflammation scores, symptom ratings, and meal timestamps.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, and anonymized identifiers.
• Purchase Data: Subscription information processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and RevenueCat.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Analyze your meals and generate inflammation scores
• Power personalized AI coach responses and swap suggestions
• Track patterns between foods and your symptoms
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send reminders and weekly summaries if authorized
• Analyze and improve app performance

3. Third-Party Services

• AI vision provider: Food photo analysis using advanced AI vision models. Photos are compressed before transmission and not stored by us.
• Open Food Facts: Public barcode database for packaged-food lookups.
• Supabase: Authentication and encrypted data storage.
• RevenueCat + Apple App Store: Subscription management and payment processing.
• Sentry: Crash reporting and error monitoring.
• Google Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized web-analytics for www.trynutriai.com.

4. Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored on Supabase with encryption in transit and at rest. Food photos are compressed on-device before being sent to OpenAI for analysis and are not retained on our servers. We never sell your health data.

NutriAI provides nutrition tracking and educational content. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 7. Age Requirement

NutriAI is not intended for users under 13 years of age.

We may update this policy periodically. Significant changes will be announced through the app or by email.

9. Who controls your data, and how to reach us

The data controller for the information described in this policy is Quantivo AI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the publisher of NutriAI.

For privacy questions, or to exercise any of the rights described above, contact us at support@trynutriai.com. You can also delete your account and all associated data from inside the app, or from our account deletion page, without contacting us first.
