Delete your account
You can delete your NutriAI account and everything stored with it at any time. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need a reason.
In the app — takes about a minute
- Open NutriAI and go to Today.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. If you want a copy of your data first, use Export my data in the same screen before deleting — afterwards there is nothing left to export.
By email — if you no longer have the app
Write to support@trynutriai.com from the address on your account, with Account deletion request as the subject.
We reply within 5 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days of confirming the request. We ask you to write from the account address because we have no other way to confirm the request is yours — if you no longer control it, say so and we will find another way to verify.
What gets deleted
- Your account
- Sign-in identity and profile. You will not be able to log in again.
- Meal photos
- Every image you uploaded, removed from storage.
- Meals and estimates
- Food entries, macros, grades and inflammation scores.
- Symptom check-ins
- Every rating you recorded against a meal.
- Coach conversations
- Your entire chat history with the AI coach.
- Bug reports and voice notes
- Any report you sent us, including audio recordings.
- Analytics events
- The in-app usage events recorded against your account.
- Subscription records
- Our copy of your subscription status.
What we cannot delete, and why
- Your subscription itself. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple and Google hold the billing relationship, not us. Cancel through the App Store or Google Play — otherwise you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
- Purchase records at the stores. Apple, Google and our payment processor keep their own transaction records for tax and accounting reasons. We cannot reach into those.
- Anonymous crash reports. Diagnostic reports are not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you to remove individually.
- Backups, briefly. Deleted data can persist in encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days before those roll off. It is not accessible in the product during that window.
