Free tier

NutriAI is free to download and includes 3 free scans a day for your first week — the clock starts the first time you open the app, not when you install it — and 3 more scans after that window closes. That is enough to log a fortnight of meals and see whether the patterns say anything useful before you pay for anything. No credit card required to start.

Premium plans

Prices shown in USD for the United States. Exact pricing in your local currency is displayed by the App Store or Google Play before you confirm a purchase.

How the free trial works

Both plans start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel.

How to cancel

• iOS: Open Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > NutriAI > Cancel Subscription. Or go directly to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Android: Open the Play Store app > tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > NutriAI > Cancel subscription. Or go directly to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Refunds

Purchases are billed by the platform you subscribed on, and refunds are handled by that platform under its own policies. For App Store purchases, request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, request a refund through Google Play's refund process.

Restoring purchases

Already subscribed but the app shows you as free? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If that doesn't work, email support@trynutriai.com and we'll sort it out.
