Common Issues & Solutions
App won't scan food photos
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Check that camera permissions are enabled
- Try taking the photo in better lighting
- Make sure the food is clearly visible in the frame
Nutrition information seems inaccurate
- You can edit meal details after scanning
- For mixed dishes, the AI provides estimates — you can adjust serving sizes
- Barcode scans use product database information for accuracy
Data not saving
- Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
- Try closing and reopening the app
- If issues persist, contact support
App crashes or freezes
- Close the app completely and restart it
- Ensure your device's operating system is up to date
