App won't scan food photos

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection

  • Make sure the food is clearly visible in the frame

Nutrition information seems inaccurate

  • You can edit meal details after scanning
  • For mixed dishes, the AI provides estimates — you can adjust serving sizes
  • Barcode scans use product database information for accuracy

Data not saving

  • Ensure you have sufficient storage space on your device
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • If issues persist, contact support

App crashes or freezes

  • Close the app completely and restart it
  • Ensure your device's operating system is up to date
