1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nutri AI Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nutri AI Coach is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos, provide nutrition information, and offer personalized coaching. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Important Disclaimer:

Nutri AI Coach does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutrition information, AI coaching feedback, and health insights provided by the App are for informational and general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergies, or are taking medication.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Tier: New users receive 3 free meal scans. After free scans are used, a subscription is required for continued scanning.
  • Premium Subscription: Available as monthly or annual plans. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase.
  • Free Trial: Subscription plans may include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, nutrition information provided by AI analysis is an estimate. Actual nutritional values may vary based on preparation methods, portion sizes, and specific ingredients. Barcode scan data is sourced from the Open Food Facts database and may not always be current.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (height, weight, goals, etc.)
  • You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App's functionality

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is the property of Nutri AI Coach and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutri AI Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.

11. Apple's Standard EULA

This App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
