Welcome to NutriAI. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

NutriAI is a nutrition tracking application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food photos, provide nutrition information, generate inflammation scores, and offer personalized coaching aligned with Dr. Todd Strong's anti-inflammatory protocols. The app is intended for general wellness purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

Important Medical Disclaimer

NutriAI does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The nutrition information, AI coaching feedback, and health insights provided by the app are for informational and general wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergies, or are taking medication.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free Tier: New users receive 3 free meal scans. After that a subscription is required for continued scanning.
  • Premium Subscription: Monthly or annual plans. Pricing is displayed in-app before purchase.
  • Free Trial: 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends your subscription begins and you will be charged.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing Subscriptions: Manage or cancel in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.

4. Accuracy of Information

Nutrition information produced by AI analysis is an estimate. Actual values may vary with preparation, portion size, and specific ingredients. Barcode data is sourced from Open Food Facts and may not always be current.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (height, weight, goals).
  • You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
  • You agree not to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content, is the property of NutriAI Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

9. Apple's Standard EULA

This app is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
