Olive Oil and Inflammation: What Research Suggests
What population research does and does not say about olive oil and inflammation markers, and why an association is not a promise for any one person.

- Averages hide individuals. A trial showing a small average improvement usually contains people who moved in the other direction. Nothing tells you in advance which group you are in.

- Week three, add rather than subtract. Keep the substitution and add one vegetable-forward or fish-based meal, which is closer to the pattern the research actually studied.
